INVOICES Module
The INVOICES module enables the quick selection of clients, items, and services directly from the database. The DenagoBiz application then automatically calculates prices and the corresponding taxes based on the VAT rates specified by the user when entering items into the database.
Each final invoice is saved in the system as a PDF file, and users can use a visual HTML content editor to customize a unique document header and footer.
The software also allows for the automatic adjustment of the invoice footer based on the client type or purpose. For example, a user can set a rule that automatically applies a specific footer for foreign clients within the EU, stating the directive for the reverse charge mechanism (0% VAT).
Another highly useful feature is flexible invoice numbering. Users can define custom numbering formats, and the system automatically increments the sequential invoice number based on the selected format.
For even faster workflows, an invoice can be generated directly from a proforma invoice, transferring all data completely automatically.
