Users can create folders and subfolders in the cloud in much the same way they would on a personal computer.

The folder structure is simulated on the server using database relations, providing a user experience that feels exactly like working with a native file system. What matters most to the user is that they can access their files from any device with an internet connection.

Documents created within the DenagoBiz application (invoices, proforma invoices, etc.) can be saved directly to the cloud from the app itself, without the need for the user to temporarily save them to a local computer.

In reality, the file is not being re-uploaded to the cloud; instead, the server simply creates new database relations for the already existing file, simulating the aforementioned folder structure. This allows users to easily group documents based on specific criteria, such as creating folders for invoices from individual accounting periods.
