Invoice Reports
DenagoBiz users can request an issued invoice report from the application by entering custom criteria (date range, sorting by clients, clients’ countries, currencies, tax rates, invoices within a specific amount range, etc.).
Once the user selects the desired criteria, the application displays all invoices that match these parameters. Additionally, it shows the total sum of all amounts “due for payment” and the tax breakdown by individual tax rates (e.g., total VAT at the 22% rate, total VAT at the 9.5% rate, etc.).
The report can be exported as both an Excel spreadsheet and a PDF document. Every generated PDF document is automatically saved to the database, eliminating the need to recreate it using the same criteria. Users can also delete these reports if needed.
Next to the report file icon in the table, the search criteria are clearly displayed. This allows the user to instantly see what kind of report it is without having to open the document itself.

Data display and totals
The search displays an on-screen list of the matching invoices, with key totals automatically calculated and shown at the bottom of the list.
Export and smart report saving
Once the list is displayed, users can choose to export it as either an Excel spreadsheet or a PDF document.
