PROFORMA INVOICES Module
Proforma invoices are created in a very similar way to standard invoices. Users can easily select client, item, and service data directly from the existing database.
Users can also define a custom numbering format for proforma invoices and use our tools to design a unique document header and footer. You can easily duplicate an already created template (or create a new one from scratch if preferred) and make the desired changes.
All proforma invoices are saved in the system as PDF files.
The key advantage, however, is that a proforma invoice can be used as the foundation for the immediate generation of a final invoice. All data—from the client to the items, services, and quantities—is transferred automatically.
If the proforma invoice has already been partially or fully paid, the system automatically calculates and displays only the remaining balance due on the new invoice.

The proforma invoice serves as the basis for the final invoice—all data is transferred automatically. If a prepayment has been made (partially or in full), the system automatically calculates and displays the remaining amount due on the final invoice.
